Supervision for coaches is now a growing need with more corporate clients and associate consultancies expecting coaches to be in regular supervision. Accreditation and membership of coaching bodies is also driving the need for a supervisor.
Group supervision is more cost effective and practical for most busy coaches.

Our supervision group in Manchester is now in its third year.
It is an open format group and pay-as-you-go. This means you can attend as and when your schedule suits and you are not tied into a number of sessions like traditional supervison groups. Each session is £75 +VAT with a CPD certficate at the end. Regular attendance also means you will be able to use Julia Menaul as your official supervisory signature on accreditations, applications, tenders etc. Early bird offers are usually avaialble at £65 per session.
Each session is 3 hours and is a mix of peer supervision and themed input. Previous topics have been projection, discounting, drama triangle. Our next three sessions will be Use of Self, What to do when you don’t know what to do, and Contracting.
